tlAR-20-19% 16.*28 Ell CLINIC ADMINISTRATION 206 339 5405 P.04 <br />the sole expense of the Everett Clinic as depicted on the current plan dated February 9, <br />1996. <br />5. The Everett Clinic agrees to lease to Physicians Eye Clinic at the rate of $1 per space <br />per year, for a period of perpetuity, 6 parking stalls in its newly constructed parkh,g <br />garage. Stalls will be for staff parking only and will be located on the southeast portion <br />of the third floor of the newly constructed parking garage. <br />6. The Everett Clinic agrees to make available (4) four, disabled permit parking stalls, <br />designated on exhibit 2 to any Physicians Eye Clinic patient with a valid Washington <br />State Disabled Pwkmg permit Sigttage will indicate that disabled portting-ts for both" <br />clinics use. <br />7. Physicians Eye Clinic and the individual physicians that are a party to this agreement <br />agree to support the Everett Clinic's application for vacation of the alley currently <br />intersecting the proposed location of the Everett Clinic's parking garage and as property <br />owners, support the proposed project as it has been described to this date. Physicians <br />Eye Clinic agrees to not submit any negative comments or appeals during the SEPA <br />review process, unless the Everett Clinic plan changes significantly. <br />S. The Everett Clinic agrees to repair, at their expense, all shrubbery, landscaping, <br />sidewalks, signage, pavement, and/or any other item that suffers or is damaged as a result <br />of the proposed main campus expansion project <br />9. The Everett Clinic will take steps to make certain that the on street parking shall be <br />left for patient use, by, among other actions, instructing Everett Clinic staff to parking the <br />new parking garage or other on site parking facilities. <br />This letter incorporates the major business points of our settlement.
