SEPA k17-% <br />Pudic Works Dept. <br />The Everett Clinic Surgery/Specialty Otfice and Parking Garage <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: The proposed action is the issuance of Public Works and <br />Building Permits for the Everett Clinic Expansion Project which includes constnsction of a three- <br />story Medical Office Building (63,900 SF), a three -level Parking Garage (134,735 SF) containing <br />421 parking stalls and the proposed vacation of a portion of the alley west of Hoyt Avenue, east <br />of Rucker Avenue between 39th and 40th Streets. The proposed project also includes the <br />demolition of an existing structure on the adjacent property in order to provide twenty-two (22) <br />off-street parking stalls for patrons of the Everett Clinic.
