2. Prior to issuances of arty permits, the Applicant must a mitigation fee as determined by <br />the City's Traffic Engineer based upon an study per the Interim Traffic <br />I�tigatton Ordinance No. 1670-89, u aid (SEPA Transportation Policies) <br />The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant <br />adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement is not required under <br />RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This determination assumes compliance with State law and City <br />ordinances related to general awironmental protection including but not limited to right-of-way <br />improvement requirementa, dr wAge, etc. 'this decision was made after review of a completed <br />environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is <br />available to the public on request. This Preliminary Mitigated Determination of Non -Significance <br />is specifically conditioned on compliance with the conditions attached hereto which are <br />incorporated by reference as if fully ad forth herein. <br />The fifteen (15) day public comment period for this project ended on June 1, 1996, and the <br />Preliminary MDNS has been revised based upon comments during the public comment period. <br />Responsible <br />Official: Paul A. You should be prepared to <br />make specific factual objections.
