The folloxing is a listing of some of the violations noted during <br />this inspection: <br />1. A new washer is needed on the leaky faucet in the bathroom <br />sink. <br />2. The material on the aall around the bath/shoaer wall is <br />damaged due to absorbing water. The wall ehall be <br />finished with a material not adversely affected 6y <br />moisture in accordance r+ith the Uniform Building Code. <br />3. There are no smoke detectors in the houae. <br />4. There is a vent in the kitchen ceiling above the cook <br />stove area. The vent is to allow heat in one of the upper <br />bedrooms. The vent shall be secured so as not to act as a <br />flue in the event of a fire in the area of the cook stove. <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />8. <br />9. <br />10 <br />All habitable rooms shall be provided with heating <br />facili�ies capable of maintaining a room temperature of 70 <br />degrees F. at a point tiiree C3) feet above the floor. <br />There is no back wall under the sink in the kitchen where <br />the plumbing passes tlirough. <br />The door leading to the exterior of the house from the <br />kitchen does not have a door knob and is supplied only <br />with a dead—bolt lock. <br />Electrical outlets in the kitchen are not grounded. <br />The occupant has not been made aware of hox to operate the <br />gas space heater in the house. <br />The front door does not have a door knob and is secured by <br />a dead—bolt lock. <br />
