There is no hand rail on the steps leading to the second <br />story of the house. <br />12. In the small bedroom at the tope of the stairs, there is a <br />window which does not fit squarely in the window frame. <br />There is a broken pane of glass in the windoW. <br />13. The bedroom to [he left of the steps has a ceiliug light <br />which cannot be safely operated without actually tuming <br />the light bulb to turn the light on or off. <br />14. The bedroom to the right of the steps has a broken win3ow <br />and has a vent in the floor leading to the kitchen below <br />which is mentioned in number 4 above. <br />
