T6ese are not SEPA conditions <br />but are associated with other laws or requirements. All requirements are preliminary ia nature, and <br />aze based upon the preliminary site plan and the ordinances in effect at time of subatittal for SEPA <br />review. The proposal mnst comply with all ordinances in effect at the tlme a complete bnilding <br />permit applicatlon is tiled, including those not specitically set forth herein. (Exception: For <br />vesdng under the Zoning Code, please refer ro Secdon 44 of the Zoning Code). Contact the Planning <br />Department for information regarding appeals processes for the requirements listed in this document. <br />A Public Works PP.mit is tequired for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with City <br />Desigr. and Construction Standazds shall be submitted to the Public Works Department, <br />showing the parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construcdon <br />erosion control, and all required improvemenu in the public right-of-way. Public Worlrs <br />Departrnent approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. `All <br />irtprovements shall be completed and approved before the Occupancy Perntit is issued. <br />2. Parking must be per City Zoning Code and Ciry Design and Construction Standards for <br />Development. A minimum of 15 pazking spaces aze required for the 10 two bedroom units. <br />Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as not to impact the sunounding properties. <br />4. This project must comply with the cunent City of Everett Building Code and Sprinkler <br />Ordinance. <br />5. Special charges for connection to the sewer znd water systems in accordance with Ordinance <br />1998-94 and subsequent revision are applicable. These chazges aze based on projxted water <br />usage and can be substantial. Applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of the ordinance and <br />determine estimated chazges prior to building permit application. The actual chazges shall be <br />computed by the Public Works Departrnent pet the ordinance in effect at the time and <br />according to ffie information on the approved plans at the time of building permit issuance. <br />6. City streets and alleys aze to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times d�iring construction. <br />Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Department. <br />Walkways must be provided from the city sidewalk to the proposed buildings. <br />Temporary erosion convol measures for construction activity must be operational prior to <br />commencement of any clearing or earthwork. <br />9. Acceas - O.K. as shown on the site plan reviewe3. <br />10. Premise Identification - Premises shall be clearly idendfied by the cor.ect address at the street <br />entry. Buildings shall Le clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the access toad. <br />Individual apartments and suites, where applicable, shall be clearly and legibly identified hom <br />the access road. <br />
