The payment of $2,843.82 is <br />bascd upon lhe epproximate number of unhoused swdents expected to bc cnrolled from a <br />10 unit apartment complex Icss credit for 2 existing singlc family homcs. Any ...ljustment <br />in the numbcr of dwelling units shall result in a cotresponding pro rata adjuslment or <br />refund in tlie mitigetion payment. Time Payment Due <br />Owner shell pay the sum identified herein prior to and as a condition of, issuance <br />of a building permit for the Project by the City of Everctt.
