These comments address building issues only, additional revisions or additions <br />may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All <br />references refer to the 1994 Uniform Building Code, as amended by the State of <br />Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1995 Edition, unless stated <br />otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />1/1. The accessible parking stall must be van accessible and must meet the size <br />requirements of sec. 1107.2. <br />wO 2. The main entrance must have an accessible route of travel to the accessible <br />parking and to the public way. This route may cross (within a designated <br />crosswalk) driving lanes but may not be within driving lanes. Sec. 1103.2.2, <br />Sec. 1107.1.6. <br />/3. The pump island canopy must have a solid wall of one hour rated non- <br />combustible construction extending 30 inches above the roof with no openings gs <br />must be set back from the property line 20 feet.
