ALLEGATIONS OF -APPLICANT <br />POINT 1. The following are the specialcircumstances which apply to my <br />property which deprive me of rights and privileges which are enjoyed by other <br />prnperti,7 jr. o,,- vicinity under the identical zone classification. <br />The neighboring property on both sides of the street have a frontage of <br />25_to 50 feet,_altho present �ofin9.lak1s._reQuire_a-60.-foot --frontage ,--applicant <br />feels that the division requested which will permit a 50 foot frontage on <br />each of the two dissolving properties will give him rights a ug_al to those <br />POINT 2. The variance I am requesting will not be detri-mental to the public <br />welfare or injurious to the properties or improvements in the-ichrity cf a ::one <br />in which my property is located because: <br />All of the homes in the block on both sides of the street are a maximum of <br />50 foot frontage and they are all older '.comes. The property the applicant <br />herein -is requesting to-be-divided-wi-11-maintain-a-maximum frontage -of 50 <br />feet each and the value of the home presently on Lots 13 and 14 of Block 11, <br />Terrace. Addition. is of. equal value or higher.than other. homes .in- the -neigh- <br />borhood. The unimproved property composed of Lots 11 and 12, Block 11, <br />Terrace Addition would have the_re.quirement_of being improved with a home <br />of at least $16,600.00 or -better value. <br />Pom,r 3. If thio variance is not granted, an unnecessary hardship will continue <br />to the owner of 1119 property, the cause of which ir, beyond his control because. <br />In this neighborhood, with the maximum frontage lot of 50 foot, it is an <br />unnecessary hardship to require -the -applicant to-maintain-a-100-fcot <br />frontage. The applicant has improved the residence on Lots 13 and 14 of <br />Block .11,_Terrace.Addition_and has_expended_sufficient sums of -money--all <br />to the improvement and betterment of the neighborhood but which he will not <br />be able to recover on re -sale unless he is permitted to divine the property <br />sit�imp>sove-the-pi°es�7y unimproved porCiori. <br />PO NT 4.
