NOTICE OF HEARING <br />Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held by the City <br />Manning Commission Board of Adjustment at the City Hall, Everett, <br />Washington at 7:30 P, M. Feb. 21, 1966 for the consideration of <br />the following: <br />Application from Ernest 1E. Rainwater, 1730 Terrace Drive, Snohomish, <br />for a variance and permission to divide a 100 ft. lot into two building <br />lots of 50 ft. each which is less than the 60 ft. frontage required by the <br />Ordinance: Lots 11. 12, 13 & 11, Block 11, Terrace Addition (4123 <br />Terrace Drive) <br />Any person desiring to be heard on this proposal should present <br />their opinion at said time and place of hearing. <br />F.
