IIerg and Mr. IIaird were present, <br />Mr. Graff was absent. . <br />Since the first iL-em on the agenda was a conti�ivation from <br />the previous meeting, Mr. S'�ockey read that portion of the <br />December 2, 1979 m5.nutes pertaining to the 3randvol:l request. <br />A l�earing was held on the application of Mr, David Brandvold <br />for pro�erty ].ocated at approximately 9900 V3sta Place for <br />a variance from Section 15.04.080 Everett City G�de (Zoning) <br />paragraph C. Piinimum lot size and width for permission to <br />divide a tract of land into four (9) parce'�s. One parcel of <br />which is to have inqress and egress over a thirty-five foot <br />easement across the adjacent parcel and which will therefore <br />not have frontage on a public street. • <br />Legal Description: The South 163.8 feet of the N'� of the <br />S; of the NW; of the SE', of Section 3G, <br />Twp. 20 N i2ge. 9 E.W.t✓�, Except the <br />�ast 210 feet of the North 150 ft. throf. <br />Zcning: R-1 Single P'amily Residential. <br />Pir. Shockey read the aPplication and a letter from I�1r. W.13, <br />Ross and D9r. L.C. Buell protesting,of ihe gran�ing of this <br />variance. Mr. Brandvold then s��oke and indicatei. that it <br />was his intention to dedicate 13.f3 feet of land betcveen Elm <br />Str.eet and Vista Place to provide additional right of way <br />width along 99th Street and to provide an easement acr.oss <br />his property to allotv continuous utility com�ection betcoeen <br />Wood Place and 99th Street to Elm Street. <br />A1r.
