The existing one car <br />garage will be removed. <br />R-1, Single Family Detached Low Density <br />FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS: The proposed expansion must be evaluated <br />per the following general and specific criteria as required by Section <br />41.150 of the City of Everett Zoning Code: <br />1. The need of the neighborhood, district, or City for a proposed <br />special property use. <br />Findings: The church needs proper storage space for its <br />maintenance equipment and supplies. <br />Conclusions: There is a need by the City to have the church <br />safely store supplies and equipment as a preventative meastire <br />against fire hazards. <br />y, The adequacy of streets, utilities and public services required <br />to serve a proposed use. <br />Findings: No sidewalks exist along Rucker Avenue. Public Works <br />is not requiring a Public {9orks pernit. <br />3 <br />Conclusions: The streets, utilities and public services are <br />adequate to serve the proposed garage. <br />The impact of traffic generated by the proposed use on the <br />surrounding area, pedestrian circulation and public safety; and <br />the ability of the proponent to mitigate such potential impacts. <br />Findings: The church van will be parked within the garage <br />instead of in the church parking lot. <br />Conclusions: There will be no additional traffic impact. <br />
