No significant <br />landscaping exists along Rucker Avenue where the garage is <br />proposed to be located. <br />Conclusions: If poseible, approximately five street trees should <br />be planted along Rucker Pvenue with assorted shrubs. <br />Tt,e generation of nuisance irritants such as noise, smoke, dust, <br />odor, glare, visual blight or othar undesirable impacts. <br />Findings: The garage will generate no known nuisance. <br />Conclusions: No noi.se, smoke, dust, odor, glare, visual blight <br />or other undesirable impacts will be created except d�ring the <br />construction of the proposed expar.sion. <br />9.
