The van itself <br />can be used as a vanpool. <br />Conclusion: No traffic reduction measures are proposed. <br />DECISION: The proposal is approved as submitted with the following <br />conditions. <br />1. The garaqe must be located a minimum of 15 feet from <br />adjoining residentially zoned property and may not exceed 21 <br />feet in height. <br />This is an administrative decision thac is appealable to the City's <br />Land Use Hearing Examiner. An appeal mu;t be filed with the City <br />within ten days of the date of this notice.
