FINDINGS AND DECISION <br />OF THE HEARING EXAMINER OF THE <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION <br />OF PETER 8 BEVERLY MATTER FOR <br />APPROVAL OF A REVIEW PROCESS III <br />DECISION: The requested relief from the maximum height of a <br />detached accessory building at 5024 Rucker Avenue, <br />Everett, Washington is denied. <br />INTRODUCTION <br />#01-005 <br />Peter and Beverly Matter (Applicants) requested approval of relief from the provisions of <br />Everett Municipal Code (EMC) 19.7.020.H which limits the height of detached accessory <br />buildings to 15 feet. The Applicants requested approvai to exceed the maximum height for <br />an 840 square foot detached garage at 5024 Rucker Avenue, Everett, Washington (subject <br />property).
