Letter dated 10/11/01 to Paul Roberts, City of Everett, from Dale Hamilton <br />All of the exhibits are available for inspection at the Hearing Examiner's Office located at <br />2930 Wetmore Avenue, 8th floor, Everett, Washington. <br />After due consideration of the testimony and evidence presented by the Applicant, testimony <br />and evidence elir,ited during the public hearing, and as the result of the personal inspection of <br />the subject property and surrounding areas by the Everett Hearing Examiner, the foliowing <br />Findings of Fact and Conclusions constitute the basis of the decision of the Everett Hearing <br />Examiner. <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br />The Applicants requested approval of relief from the provisions of EMC 19.7.020.H <br />which limits the height of detached accessory buildings to 15 feet. The Applicants <br />requested approval to allow an 840 square foot detached garage to be constructed on- <br />site to a height of 17 feet. The property is located at 5024 Rucker Avenue, Everett, <br />V1'ashington. (exhibit 1) <br />2. The subject property, zoned R-1 Single-Family Detached Low Density, is developed <br />with a one-story s�ngle-family residence. It is the intent of the Applicants to construct <br />an accessory building, an 840 square foot detached garage, on-site. (exhibit 1) <br />4� <br />
