,� AMENDED FINDINGS OF FACTS, ' CONCLUSIONS, 6 DECISION lN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF PUGET SOUND POWER i LIGHT COMPANY FOR APPROVAL OE A SPECIAL PROPERTY USE PERMIT i VARIANCE SPU 16-84 On March 26. 1985, the Everett Hearing Examiner approved a Special Pcoperty Use Permit cequest of Puget Sound Powec and L1ght Company. The Special Property rJse Permit allowed the rebuilding of the Puget Power Substation on property located at 1707 Scenic Dtive, Everett, Washington. The Special Property Use Permit was granted subject to conditions. On April 9, 1985, the Applicant requested reconsideration for the Special Property Use Permit. The Everett Hearing Examiner issued an order dated April 16, 1985, requesting clarification of the request. On April 24, 1985, the Applicant submitted additional information. Decision of the Everett Hearing Examiner. I Finding of Fact �1 is amended to include the following sentence: Phase II of the Applicant's proposal includes the rerouting of 115 kV lines currently terminating at the substation. These lines and those of the Honneville Power Administration enter the site from the east over a major right-of-way corridor owned by the Applicant. This right-of-way corridor abutts residential propecty on the north and south macgins.
