,� AMENDED FINDINGS OF FACTS, <br />' CONCLUSIONS, 6 DECISION <br />lN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION <br />OF PUGET SOUND POWER i LIGHT <br />COMPANY FOR APPROVAL OE A SPECIAL <br />PROPERTY USE PERMIT i VARIANCE SPU 16-84 <br />On March 26. 1985, the Everett Hearing Examiner approved a <br />Special Pcoperty Use Permit cequest of Puget Sound Powec and <br />L1ght Company. The Special Property rJse Permit allowed the <br />rebuilding of the Puget Power Substation on property located at <br />1707 Scenic Dtive, Everett, Washington. The Special Property <br />Use Permit was granted subject to conditions. <br />On April 9, 1985, the Applicant requested reconsideration for <br />the Special Property Use Permit. The Everett Hearing Examiner <br />issued an order dated April 16, 1985, requesting clarification <br />of the request. On April 24, 1985, the Applicant submitted <br />additional information. All of the above meniioned letters <br />become part af the official record in this matter and will be <br />given exhibit numbers as follows: <br />Exhibits: 13. April 24th response letter from Puget Power <br />and the conceptual site plan attached thereto <br />The following constitute the amended Findings of Facts, <br />Conclusions, and Decision of the March 26, 1985. Decision of <br />the Everett Hearing Examiner. <br />I <br />Finding of Fact �1 is amended to include the following sentence: <br />Phase II of the Applicant's proposal includes the rerouting of <br />115 kV lines currently terminating at the substation. These <br />lines and those of the Honneville Power Administration enter <br />the site from the east over a major right-of-way corridor owned <br />by the Applicant. This right-of-way corridor abutts <br />residential propecty on the north and south macgins. In <br />addition, the Snohomish County P.U.D. maintains lines and <br />easements over residential properties in a major north/south <br />right-of-way corridor known as the PNT right-of-way. <br />�����d�� <br />�py 131985 <br />. ........................... <br />�17Y OF EVERET'� <br />Put:ic Works D�Pt. <br />
