Puget Power SPU 16-84 <br />Amendment <br />. Page -5- <br />AMENDED DECISION <br />Based upon the precedir�g section and.upon the submittals of the <br />Applicant, the Decision of the March 26, 1985, is amended as <br />follows: <br />1. 'Che Special Property Use Permit is granted as set forth <br />on Page 13 of the March 25, 1985. Decision. The <br />Conditions of that app�oval remain as stated except for <br />the following: <br />A. Condition i15 is amended to read: <br />A visual buffer shall be established on a strip of <br />uncleared land parallel to the north property line <br />and the subject propecty. This visual buffer <br />shall be 50' wide and no cleacing related to line <br />installation shall occur within this buffer.
