The
Applicant submitted that they cannot
control the motobikes opecating within
the property, but, would cooperate with
the Everett Police Department in
contcolling motor traffic over Puget
Power's utility casements.
This finding remains as stated.
The Applicant has cequested modification of Finding R23(13).
This finding is a statement of the Everect Planning
Department's recommendation. The finding remains a stated.
The Applicant has requested ceconsideration of Finding 1136.
Finding t36 is stated as follows:
The Applicant submitted that much of the
refuse that has accumulated on the
sbject property and the adjeining
propecty is old garbage. Fucther the
Applicant submitted that collection of
the qarbage being accumulated was beyond
theic control. However, they agreed to
attempt to remove all refug,e that has
accumulated on thF site.
This finding remains as stated.
IV
The Applicant submitted that Condition !i14 of approval for
monthly removal of refuse on the subject property is burdensome
and in fact would encourage dumping of cefuse on the subject
site because the Applicant would be providing a regular pick-up
service. In lieu of this requirement the Applicant has
proposed that a policing of the site be a condition of approval
and the regular substation inspection and landscaping
maintenance program include the removal of litter and refuse on
an as needed basis.
This proposed condition provides no guarantee that garbage
along the site will be attended to. It sets no speciEic time
for refuse removal and put;, no burden upon the Applicant.
Thecefoce Condition 14, as stated, remains.
