Lots I and 2 sit side by side in the northeast portion and Lot 3 lies in the
southwest portion of the plat site. We understand the development plan for the site is to
demolish the existing residence on Lot I and to build a new residence on each of the three lots.
A joint -use paved driveway is to be constructed along the south side of Lots I and 2 and
extended to the cast end of Lot 3 to serve the three residences. We also understand that onsite
disposal of stone runoff over impervious surfaces is being considered for these residences and
the joint -use driveway.
At your request, we have completed a geotechnical engineering study for the proposed
development of the site. Subsurface condition of the site was explored and a feasibility
evaluation of onsite stomtwater disposal completed.
