Pormit Counter <br />As requested in your correspondence of December 10, 1996, I am responding to <br />indicnte where each item addressed in your correction is located on the revised plan <br />sets. Nly response would have been sooner but during the intervening time period many <br />I nee.fed to confer with were on vacation, including staff in your office. <br />Included in the submittal you will find: <br />1) Two revised sets of plans reflecting the corrections you have requested. <br />2) The redlined set of plans you retumed requesting corrections upon which I <br />have noted the location of the revisions or corrections. <br />3) Two completed WSEC Residential Compliance Check List, Zone 1 forms. <br />These are the fortns you provided to me. They have been completed at <br />additional expense by Design Lines. As they were unable to reach anyone in <br />your office for comments on their method please address any questions you may <br />have, if indeed you have any, to them. <br />4) A copy of your letter of December 10 with the location of corrections/revisions <br />noted after each item. <br />In regards to these items: <br />1) The new furnace/heat pump systein will not be designed to heat the basement <br />area. The ceiling of the basement will be insuiated R-19 or better as will be the <br />
