New bath fixtures to <br />include: <br />Soaking tub, shower, double vanity, toilel, mirzors towel rods in Master <br />Tub/Shower combination, vanity, toilet in second upstairs <br />Bath and kitchen countertops to be best quality Wilsonart or equal laminate except in <br />Master where tile may be used. <br />Kitdien cabinets to be painted white or white laminate raised panels. Laminate <br />countertops with beveled edge.
