Lighting fixtures will <br />include wall sconces and recessed cans to be selected by owner and installed by <br />electrician. Dimmer switches in all bedrooms, halls and living room. Security system to <br />Ue agreed to. <br />In genaral interior walls to be gypsum board drywall with minimal texture - except for <br />part of basement where cedar will be resused on at least hvo walls. All baths to have <br />waterstop board. Bath ou main floor to be wall papered. Good quality designed for bati: <br />u-�. All gypsum drywall surf:�ces to be painted with Benjamin Moore latex paint- colors <br />chosen by owner. ]nterior doors solid pancl fir with brass lever handles. Finish trim, to <br />be agreed to, will for the most pari be painted except for oak floor base. Interior bath <br />walls and iloors to be completely insulated for sound. Batli on main floor, basement and <br />second upstairs bath to hTve best quality resilient •�inyl flooring. Master bath may have <br />combination carpet and ceramic tile with tile to match shower and toilet area. Other floor <br />azeas to be carpet by owner. <br />Bath fixtures to be Kohler - model numbers to be provided and faucets to be Mocn <br />Montecello Brass.
