As you requested, we are <br />granting a 180 day extension for the above referenced permit. This permit will remain valid <br />until June 4, 1998. If work is begun within that time period, the permit may be maintained in <br />an active status by requesting inspection at least once each 180 days to document program. If <br />work ceases for more than 180 days, the permit will expire; the Uniform Building Code <br />stipulates that no permit shall be extended more than once.
