I-6 Our proposal is to develop a four building, 37R,4�0 squarc foot business <br /> park complex on a 734 acre indus[rially zoned site located immediately <br /> north of the Boeing 747/767 Plant in Southwest Everett. This proposal <br /> involves a complete reloca[ion of our present operations presently <br /> situa[ed in Ptountlake Terrace. The new facilities, when completed, <br /> would be used for the purpose oE designing and the manufacturing of <br /> precision electronic instrumentation which is marketed on a worldwide <br /> basis. ' <br /> Further expansion of our facilities at this site is expected which would <br /> provide our company with space to hand2e our anticipated business <br /> growth duri.ng the next ten to fifteen years. Ultimate development of <br /> the aite would involve the construction of approximately ten building <br /> struc[ures and molding the entite site into a campus/paik-like setting. <br /> It should be emphasized ghWillnbe discussedtin thisecheckllstPhaAe I <br /> • pro�ec[ of four building <br /> master plan addressing ultimate development of the entire 234 acre <br /> eite is currently being prepared and tiill be ret�ieved through a <br /> separate SEPA checklist suhmitted to the City of Everett at a later <br /> date.
