PART 2 PRODUCTS 2.07 SAND Sand shall be clean and xashed building sand. 2.02 TOPSOIL Topsoil shall be equal in quelity to that removed. PART 3 INSTALLATIOH 3.01 E7CTSTINC UTILITIES A. The esisting utilities shoxn on the contract drarings have been plotted from available records. No guarantee is made to the eccuracy of the locations indica*ed, and is shorm for xhatever benefit the Contractor may derive therefrom. B. Protect shorm, visable and located utilities from damage. Promptly have repaired all active shorm, visible and located utilities damaged by construction. This repair shall be made aolely at the espense of the Contractor. C. Nhen despite all care 9nd caution damage occurs to active utilities not visible, 2ocated or shown on the contract documents, the Contractor shall immediately obtain a decisi�n as to repair. When so directed the repair shall be made immediately by the Contractor xhose ' trade is involved. The contract price shall not change xhen the conditians outlined above and utmost possible care and caution heve not been folloxed. D. Ad3ust the depth of electrical utilities to avoid existing and nex utilities. E. Remove all stumps required to perfcrm si`.e vork without damaging ad3acent finished sur:aces. 3.02 SECURING SITE WORK The Contractor alone is responsible for securing all electrical site xork xith adequate barriers, xarning indicators and shoring. 3.03 TRENCHING A.
