The wall backfill shall consist of quarry spall material. This material shall <br /> be placerl to a twelve (12) inch minimum thickness between the entire woll <br /> and the cut or fill material. The backfill material shall be placed in lifis fo <br /> an elevation approximately six (6) inches below the top of each course of <br /> rocks as they are placed, until the uppermost course is placed.
