A temporary concrete or po Y y <br /> culvert should be installedlagt�esheetingnand filled <br /> with filter fabric and/or p <br /> with chipped bark. <br /> � 3) Limit the width of the temporary road corridor to <br /> � the minimum width necessary to allow passage of the <br /> backhoe. <br /> 4) Install a silt fence at the top of the bank adjacent <br /> to Sevenich Road and along the proposed road where <br /> earth movement is required. All graded earth shall be <br /> kept out of the stream corridor and weteagide�eofbthe <br /> stockpilinq it against the inland (slop <br /> stream. Construction shall net be undertaken during <br /> rainy periods. <br /> 5) If required, apply � �r a HPA from the Department of <br /> Wildlife for the permanent creek crossing. <br /> 6) if the residential de�relopment of the property is <br /> not granted, then all temparary fill, includinq the <br /> creek culvert, shall be reroved, natural contours <br /> • restored to the maximum extent feasible, and disturbed <br /> areas restored. <br />
