We believe the proposed <br /> iwo-tiered wall design to be stable and suitable for replacement of the existing failing <br /> wall system. If during corstruction foundation conditions, alignments or any other <br /> situation arises that does not appear to be in accordance with our design, we must be <br /> notified in order to address the situation and suggest possible altemative <br /> recommendations. Our firm is a fully accredited materials testing and inspectiun agency <br /> and would be happy to per(orm any on-site observatio� or construction testing as <br /> needed. <br /> Limitations <br /> The conclusions and recom�nendations provided in this report are based on condition� <br /> encou�iter ��, at the time of the subsurface exploration performed by GeoTest Services, <br /> Inc., and our experience and judgment. Our work has been performed in a manner <br /> consistent with that level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by members of the <br /> profession currently practicing under similar conditions in this area. This report and <br /> recommendations herein are for the exclusive use of Larry Baldwin and his <br /> representatives. No warranty, expressed or impiied, is made. <br /> We must presume tlie subsuriace conditions encountered are representative for the <br /> proposed site. However, you should be aware that subs��rface conditions may vary with <br /> time and between exploratory locations, and unanticipated conditions may be <br /> encountered. If construction reveals diHering conditions or the design is modified, we <br /> should be retained to reevaluate our recommendations and provide written confirmation <br /> or modification, as needed.
