You <br /> mentio�ed that storaye Nould not be required for this site. as described <br /> below. <br /> The daycare site is presently a 2 acre, asphalt paved parking lot located <br /> at the intersection of Naverly Ave. and ToMer Street. It is bourtded to <br /> the west by thc Leyion Memorial Golf Course. <br /> As illustrated on Lhe attached preliminary site layout, a mafority of the <br /> runoff from the paved parking area is conveyed onto `.he ad,jacent golf <br /> course. Hank Boviman, Park and �^lf Superintendent for the City of <br /> Everett, statad that this runofr is a nutsance and requested that the <br /> runoff of the new facility not be conveyed onto the golf course. <br /> The City's 48" diameter sanitary sewer line which also conveys the storm <br /> water in this area of Everett, does run diagonally across the north end <br /> of this site, thus making access easy. <br /> P�ease review the information supplied and let me know if you have <br /> comments or questions.
