You mentio�ed that storaye Nould not be required for this site. as described below. The daycare site is presently a 2 acre, asphalt paved parking lot located at the intersection of Naverly Ave. and ToMer Street. It is bourtded to the west by thc Leyion Memorial Golf Course. As illustrated on Lhe attached preliminary site layout, a mafority of the runoff from the paved parking area is conveyed onto `.he ad,jacent golf course. Hank Boviman, Park and �^lf Superintendent for the City of Everett, statad that this runofr is a nutsance and requested that the runoff of the new facility not be conveyed onto the golf course. The City's 48" diameter sanitary sewer line which also conveys the storm water in this area of Everett, does run diagonally across the north end of this site, thus making access easy.
