Accordiog to the Applicant, [he school la <br /> operated under State budget and if [he monies are not available in the <br /> budget for auch improveaeats, they cannot be constructed. <br /> 15. At the public hearing a witneee (I�'leke) testified that ahe had lived Sn <br /> the area for 29 yeara. She contended that there hae been insufficlent <br /> parking in the paet and was concerned about the traffic circulation in <br /> the area. The witneas wae informed that the ezisting traffic <br /> circulation will not change, including atreet teninations. <br />
