Insrall gravel in <br /> drywell. <br /> Install 4" perforated plastic dcain tile in trench. <br /> Install prefabcicated drainage structure, Miradrain <br /> 6000, or equal, on foundation perimeker, where <br /> excavated, in accordance with manufacturer's <br /> instructiona. Wrap filter fabric from front to back <br /> completely acound pipe and tuck• behind core. Attech to <br /> wall with mastic to prevent soil intrusion as <br /> necessary. Wrap tile from house to drywell . with <br /> drainage fabric and secure with manufacturer's approved <br /> connectors. <br /> Backfili, compacting every 6" , installing 6" topsoil at <br /> new grade level, raked smooth. Provide positive <br /> draina9e away from house and even transition from <br /> existing grade. <br /> Install new concrete walk to replace walk removed on <br /> south side of house on very compacted fill, finish ro <br /> match existln9, thickness : 4". <br /> Bceak up Loose end uneven concrete at thceshold area, ot <br /> garage dooc. Clean concrete in area cE all dirt and <br /> organic material. Inatall new patching concrete thar. <br /> wfll act as level threahold for new garage door and <br /> dcain water to exiatin9 Eloor drain.
