July 24, 2013 <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> STREET CLOSURE — EVERETT CRAFT BEER FESTIVAL <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Murphy, to authorize the closure of Hoyt Avenue, Hewitt to Everett <br /> Avenue, on August 17, 2013, 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., for the 2nd Annual <br /> Everett Craft Beer Festival sponsored by the Washington Beer <br /> Commission and Experience Everett. <br /> Council Member Gipson commented that notification signatures from <br /> individuals and/or businesses were missing from the Special Event <br /> Applications for the Everett Craft Beer Festival and the Mobile Food Truck <br /> Festival.
