Please review the enclosed report. <br /> Previously, you signed the Backwater Valve Authorization Form authorizing the City to instali a <br /> backv�ater valve at your property. Based on the inspedion report, �ve are proceeding with the <br /> Installatlon.The City's contractor,4Velwest Construdion, will be contacting you in February to <br /> schedule the work.This will require some excavation on your property. <br /> The City wili provide you on-site training on the operation and maintenance of the backwater valve. <br /> Malntenance of thc valve and lhe plumbing, sewer, and drainage on your property are your <br /> responsibility.The inspection identified additional site drainage and plumbing deficiencies fn your I <br /> private drainage and plumbing system.
