See attached proposed backwater valve location sketch. <br /> 2)Roof Drainage: 2 downspout drains are connected to the private side sewer and the connection point is <br /> under the house. <br /> Suggested Solution: Disconnect 2 downspout lines, install splash blocks, and cap all abandoned <br /> downspout lines in the ground. Discharge water a minimum of 3' from the foundation. Downspout lines <br /> must be disconnected or rerouted for the proposed backwater valve to protect the home from flooding. <br /> 3) Side Sewer Improvements: Line is concrete and approximately 85' in length and 4"in diameter. There <br /> is a significant belly in line near the property line <br /> Suggested Solution: Replace portion of side sewer that does not have adequate slope. <br />
