The new aliqnment would be an "L" <br /> shape that retains the north half of the existing alley, ahile <br /> extendinq a perpendicular leq to Wetmore Avenue at approximately <br /> the midway point between Everett Avenue and California Street. <br /> The existinq south half of the alley would no longer be used for <br /> vehicular access to the site, although pedestrian access from <br /> California Street will be provided throuqh the pedestrian arcade. <br /> The Colby Square project may include modifications to the project <br /> described above. First, the project may include residentinl use - <br /> either replacing some of the office space in the North Tower, or <br /> in up to three additional floors with up to 18 units in the North <br /> Tower.
