N. pt1BLIC S�tt►IC&S �ND UTILITZES (SEPA Public Services and Utilities <br /> Poli�ies) <br /> i. The �,pplicant must collaborate with the City Depnrtment of Public <br /> Worke to develop a sewer main relocation plan that causes minimal <br /> disruption of services. The 1►pplicant must also work with other <br /> utility oQerators to develop a utilities relocation plan that <br /> causes minimel disruptions of their services and temporary closure <br /> of public riqhts-of-way. The Applicant will be responsible for <br /> notifyinq affected owners and tenants of any potential service <br /> disruptions. <br /> 2. The Applicant must submit a utility relocation plan. The plan <br /> must be reviewed and approved by the City prior to the issuance of <br /> any permits which allow disruption of services. <br /> 3. The Applicant muet pay apecial charqes for connections to the City <br /> of Everett�s water and sewer systems in accordance with Ordinance <br /> 1171-85 (Section 7A) . <br /> 4. The 1►pplicant must construct an on-site water system thnt meets <br /> the fire flow requirements of the Fire Marshal and the Public <br /> Worka Depnrtment. A pump and potential tank ie required for the <br /> north tower. <br /> 5. All existinq sewers must be kept in service at ell times. This <br /> may require the use of a temporary seWer by-peas pump or other <br /> similar mensures. Dnmaqe to existing sewers shall be repaired by <br /> the contractor to a condition equnl to or better �than their <br /> condition prior to the dnmaqe. <br /> 6. The City stronqly encourages the recyclinq, reuainq and/or <br /> salveqing demolition and coristruction debris. Recyclinq should be <br /> performed usinq one of the firms listed in the Department of <br /> Ecoloqy�s "Construction Debris Recyclinq Resource Guide", unless <br /> recycling capacity is not available. <br /> 7. Compactors should be vsed to store dispoanble wastes qenerated <br /> from the project after construction. <br /> 8. The City stronqly encouraqes the Buildinq Oimer to establish an <br /> ective recyclinq proqram for all tenants in the Colby Square <br /> project. Spnce should be provided in the refuse area for <br /> recyclebles. <br /> This Documer.t incorporates all of the conditions and mitiqatinq <br /> measures that the City of Everett hae determined it will impose under <br /> its SEPI► substantive authority on the Colby Square proposal. 1►11 <br /> permits end approvals necessary for the implementation of the Colby <br /> Square proposnl that are required by the City of Everett will be <br /> 15 <br />
