These comments <br /> address building issues only, additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments <br /> (such as Utilities, Planning ur Fire). All references refer to the 1997 U�iform Building Code, as <br /> amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1997 Edition, uNess stated <br /> otherwise. <br /> In order for the processin� of xour application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Buildmg Divis�on w�th two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> I. i"he plans should be sealed by the architect of record. Section 1063.4 <br /> �r -l�e hc�✓ <br /> 2. A building data section should include the type of construction, existence of a monitored sprinkler <br /> and fire-alarm system, number of stories (building) and occupant load. <br /> �1.� Y� ��'�' <br /> 3. It should be clarified whether the existing and proposed ceilings aze part of the fire-resistive <br /> floodceiling assembly. Section 710.1 n� <br /> 4. The egress doors should swing in the direction of travel as the occupant load of the office space is <br /> greater than 50. This effects all doors into the corridor. Section 10033.1.5 <br /> 5. The double doors within the corridor should have doors that swing in opposite directions as they serve <br /> an occupant load greaier than 50.
