The system wili be operated remotely via pneumatic tubes and <br /> video systems from the bank branch to be located in th,� existing retaii space <br /> facing onto Wetmore Avenue. <br /> We wi{I be using three existing curb cuts from Calitomia Avenue. One of the <br /> cuts will be used for access to the parking structure and the drive-up tacility. <br /> The remaining two wili be used for egross from the gsraga parking and egress <br /> from the drive-up facility. <br /> The existing curb cuts are localed at the previous alley location. No new burb <br /> cuts wili be required. Two perking stails were recently stripped at our easterly <br /> existing curb cut.
