As soon as we have comp) sted the tenant improvement drawings we will make <br />an appointment for a review prior to submittal for a tenant improvement permit. <br />It is our plan to lease the upper four floors ss office space. The street level well <br />be mostly retail and the basement will be a combination of storage and other <br />uses. <br />We are excited to bring this fine old building back to life and to bring new <br />workers to the downtown core. <br />We look forward to our continued positive relationship with yourself and your <br />staff.
