The handwash station <br />shown on plan is good for serving that area, but there needs <br />to be a hand sink so convenient to emplyee's area that hands <br />are washed before returning to work. <br />It should be noted that plans do not include the bakery <br />facilities and that there ar.e some potential problems in <br />that area.
