Z <br />EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT made this day between the undersigned, herein- <br />after referred to as "Grantors", and the WALL STREET GROUP, a <br />Washington General Partnership, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee", <br />W I T N E S S E T H: <br />IVHEREAS, Grantee owns Lots 18 through 28, inclusive, in Block 6 <br />6S3, replat to the City of Everett according to plat thereof, j <br />records of Snohomish County Auditor, upon which property Grantee is (j <br />presently engaged through its contractor, Baugh Construction, in the <br />erection of an office building; and <br />WHEREAS, Grantors own or occupy business property lying west- <br />erly of Grantee's construction site as hereinabove described and <br />adjacent to the westerly boundary of the right-of-way of the City of <br />Everett presently improved as a public alley way, which alley <br />divides the Grantor's property and other property similarly situated <br />from the Grantee's property, which lies easterly of the city right- <br />of-way or public alley; and <br />WHEREAS, Grantee is required, by the construction plans for <br />their building, to excavate their property and a substantial portion <br />of the adjacent alley, which alley excavation will interrupt ingress <br />and egress over said alley, and Grantee needs to acquire a temporary <br />right to utilize a portion of the easterly portion of Grantor's <br />property as hereinafter described, NOW, THEREFORE, <br />IN CONSIDERATION of the premises and in consideration of the R <br />mutual benefits to be derived, and the covenants and promises of the N <br />Grantee hereinafter set forth, it is agreed between the parties as d <br />follows, to -wit: g <br />1.0 Easement: The undersigned hereby 1, <br />g y grant and convey to the <br />Grantee and the Grantee's contractor, and to the City of Everett for <br />emergency vehicle purposes, for a period of 90 days from the date <br />hereof, an easement for driveway purposes over and across that <br />portion of the Grantor's property described as follows: <br />That area lying westerly of the west bound: y of <br />the city right-of-way for alley purposes ;o the <br />easterly foundation wall of the building now s-..uated <br />upon Grantor's property on the easterly portion of the <br />following described real property located in the <br />County of Snohomish, State of Washington to -wit: <br />1 - EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br />
