I <br />Lots 15, 16, and 17, Block 633, Replat to City of <br />Everett, situate in the County of Snohomish, State of <br />Washington. <br />According to plat thereof records of Snobomish County Auditor. <br />"Driveway purposes", as used in this agreement, means the <br />right to use that area of Grantor's property for ingre3s and egress <br />during the term hereof, which ingressannormalsbusinessll b hours in �mand <br />with the undersigned Grantors durine'f Everett, or any other <br />shall further include the right of the City for emergency vehicles <br />governmental agency, to use such driveway ' <br />f, specifically for the <br />and, without limiting the generality thereo <br />purposes of a fire lane to provide access for fire fighting equip- <br />ment and vehicles. <br />2.0 Restrictions: neither the Grantors nor the Grantee shall <br />park vehicles in the driveway area during the term hereof, except on <br />such basis as an operator of such vehicle shall, at all times, be <br />present and able to move said vehicle away from said driveway in the <br />event of any emergency or to provide access <br />to te removal Grantor' <br />a tor' s <br />property for purposes of delivery of supplies <br />3.0 Covenants of Grantee: <br />3.1 During the term of this easement, Grantee covenants to <br />obtain ' e parking spaces for the use of Grantors or their <br />employees a ntor, tenant, may designate, which spaces are to be <br />located within 600 feet of Grantor's property as above described, as <br />measured from the boundaries thereof. <br />4.0 Permission to Construct in Drivewav Area: Grantors grant <br />to the Grantee, their, contractor, agents or assigns, the right to <br />relocate stairs now serving Grantor's property and the right to <br />construct, if necessary, temporary bridging of driveways and build- <br />ing entrance driveway cuts, and the further right to remove existing <br />curbs, if any, in order to provide level surface when taken with <br />other property the subject matter of similar grants of e isnmannorth/ <br />connected fire lane or driveway area running generally <br />south direction over Grantor's property and other Grantor's property <br />similarly located which are the subject matter of a similar easement <br />agreement for the benefit of Grantee's property and the said muni- <br />cipal or govenmental agencies referred to above. <br />5.0 Construction and Maintenance: All such construction <br />necessary to obtain a driveway area which may be traveled by emer- <br />gency vehicles shall be at the expense of Grantee and shall be <br />maintained by the Grantee in good repair at their sole cost <br />and <br />expense.
