the driveway located upon Grantor's property shall be restored to its original or better condition, including the relocation of stairway access structures now serving the Grantor's property, which relocation of stairway access structures will be, likewise, at the sole expense of ttie Grantee, and said structure shall be returned at the expiration of the term of this agreement in at least as good condition as such stairway structures are now found or built as of the date of this agreement. 6.0 Indemnity: Grantee agrees to save harmless the Grantors from the claims of third parties which ma: result as a result of the negligent conduct of the Grantee, its contractor ges,occuring causes during the term hereof, which negligence approximately injury, damage or harm to persons or property. Grantee agrees to defend, at their expense, any lawsuits or causes of action which may be brought by third parties predicated upon such theory of negli- gence and to pay all attorney fees and court costs incurred with respect to such claims or actions in the event of any final judgment being entered as result of such negligence as herein described. Further, the Grantee agrees to keep Grantor's premises free from any claim of liens and to promptly pay its contractor or agents for all services rendered in the construction, maintenance and restoration of Grantor's premises as hereinabove provided.
