6. Prior to issuance of any permils, landscaping plans must be reviewed and <br />approved by the Planning Department per Section 35.100 of the Zoning Code. <br />The landscaping plan must show location and dimensions of rockeries and <br />retaining walls, and grading at two-foot intervals, irrigation systems must be <br />provided in all landscaped areas per Section 35.130 of the Zoning Code.
