As pari of the permit, a <br />parking a� aa of approximately 50 parking stalis on a <br />parcel of land east of the subject property across <br />Wetmore Avenue is approved. <br />INTRODUCTION <br />SPU #05-009 <br />Mel Tessness, agent for lhe First Baptist Church (Applicant), requested approval of a <br />Special Property Use Permil for the construction o( a 33,000 square foot building lo be <br />developed south of an existing church building on property at 1616 Pacific Avenue, <br />Everett, Washington (subject property). In conjunction with ihis development, the <br />Applicanl proposed a parking area with approximately 50 stalls to be developed easl of <br />the site on Wetmore Avenue.
