The need of the neighborhood, dfstrict, or Ciry for a proposed special property use. <br />Ftnding: The church facility will provide a place to congregate and worship for residents of <br />the community. A previous structure located on the west side of Wetmore Avenue was <br />used by the church for a similar purpose, however the structure was demolished after it <br />suffered damage from the Nisqually earthqua;ce. <br />Conclusion: The proposed i�se provides a public benefit. <br />2. The adequacy of streets, utilities and public services requfred to serve a proposed <br />use. <br />Finding: The site is presently accessed by existing streets and served by existing public <br />utilities. <br />� 2930 Nctn:orc.
