For plan review submission, the following documents are <br />required: <br />1. A completed permit application (see attached). <br />2. Two copies of all plans. The details need to be of sufGcient detail to be constructed from the <br />plans. <br />3. A plan review application fce. This is based on the value of work being done. <br />4. A site plan should be provided — it should show the new accessible route of travel and parking <br />space(s). <br />5. Building floor plans should be provided. They do not need to be professionally drawn, but be <br />to scale and legible. <br />6. The new exterior rear door should be shown on the plans to include the header size and new <br />�vall stud cequiremen[s. <br />7. The handrails should be shown on the pians: <br />a. They should be betwecn 1�/. and 2 inches in cross-sectional dimension. <br />b. They should be mounted from 34" — 38" above the tread nosings. <br />c. Stairways wider than 36" should have handrails on both sides. <br />8. The windows at the stair landings should be of safety glazing. The proposed use of additional <br />Plexiglas may be allowable, however construction details should be provided for review. <br />9. The second story is limited to 9 persons ma�cimum (the plans should note this limitation). <br />10.
