Calculations <br />should be provided to justify the new beam size and framing members. The point loads must <br />continue to the foundation. New foundation suppnrts (if necessary) should be detailed. <br />13. Basements in commercial spaces may not be used for any purpose (to include storage) unless <br />two (complying) exits are provided. 'fhe basement cuerently only has one and therofore is <br />considered a crawlspace and not included in the area calculations. <br />14.
