Report T.o City Council
September 14, 1988
Pag:: 4
Since Mr. Hulet had questioned the accuracy of the application
submitted by the Snohomish County-Camano Board of Realtors,
Pearl Maddy met with Lurlyn Clifford and Scott Brown on
September B, 1988 to inspect the site. That inspection revealed
that the second floor of 3201 Wetmore was used as conference
space by Snohomish County-Camar,o Board of Realtors instead of
beinq vacant as listed in their letter of August 8, 1988. At
1701 32nd a portion of the basement is part of the space leased
by Mr. Hulet and the remainder of the basement is used by
Senator Voqnild as his office instead of the entire basement
being used by Senator Voqnild.
At this same meeting, Scott Brown said he would be submittinq an
application for a parking variance by September 12, 1?88, which
could then be heard by the Bonrd of Adjustment on October 3,
19::d.
in addition to the above listed correspondence between the City
and Snohomish County-Camano Board of Realtors, there were
numerous telephone calls and in-person diacussi.ns between
Snohomish County-Camano Board of Realtors staff and Planning
Department staff. There have also been numerous telephone calls
to the Planninq Department from Mr. Hulet.
